How long will my Moravian Cookies stay fresh?
Our Moravian Cookies are baked with care and have a shelf life of up to 12 months when kept in their original, unopened packaging. Once opened, we recommend storing them in an airtight container to maintain their signature crispness.
Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?
Yes, we ship our bakery treats across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products nut-free or allergen-friendly?
While we offer many products that do not contain nuts, all of our treats are baked in a facility that processes wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page for specific allergen information.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days and we will make it right.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our bakery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
